This is a simple message sent to push information to a customer's phone. Informational messages (and all and messages for that matter) may include URL links to direct users to a site to make a purchase or receive additional information.

This message type is used to push an offer to a customer's phone. Our integration to multiple POS companies, allow these coupons to be redeemed directly on the POS, allowing for analytic data to be collected. All coupon codes that are sent out are dynamic and specific to each customer.

This message is considered a "Triggered" message which is sent using SkyWire's *PATENTED TECHNOLOGY*. Messages can be triggered after a mobile coupon is redeemed to show appreciation, and can even include another offer.

This is a message sent using SkyWire's Rooms Connect. Our integration to multiple Property Management Systems (PMS) allow a personalized message to be sent to an early arriving guest automatically after Housekeeping updates the room status to "Clean & Ready".

When using Rooms Connect alongside of Mobile Connect, it enables the ability to send daily offers to guests staying at a Hotel/Resort. Our seamless integration ensures that the guest will not receive offers after checking out (unless they opt-in to receive future offers - see next image).

As a final "offer" to guests staying at a Hotel or Resort, we have the capability to ask if they would like to receive future offers. This allows our clients to capture guests information for future marketing.

Mobile Polls, or Surveys, are a great tool to get immediate feedback from customers. As a bonus, have negative answers routed to the manager on duty so they may address the situation in real-time, ensuring that no customer leaves unhappy.

Many customer will not offer their opinion unless they receive something in return. This type of message is a "Thank You" message with an offer included as a sign of appreciation.
