Shawn D. Harris

President/CEO

Mr. Harris has more than 15 years experience in software sales management, bringing with him skills acquired in the course of front-line leadership with companies at the leading edge of the software industry. This experience and a demonstrated track record of success gives Shawn a unique understanding of market conditions of meeting customers' product development needs that enhance business-to-business and business-to-consumer mobile marketing initiatives. Mr. Harris has experience in today’s e-business environments along with the understanding of e-business tools, models and best practices for internet-based businesses. Shawn has made technology a way of life and has an in-depth understanding of information systems. He is known by friends and family as "the geek with social skills".

Prior to joining SkyWire Media, Shawn was the Director of Business Development for InfoGenesis, a leader in the hospitality technology industry. Shawn assembled the number one sales team for InfoGenesis as well as led the company in highest revenue and lowest cost of sales for 8 years. Shawn honed his skills in leadership by understanding customer expectations, buyer behavior and gained expertise in understanding the importance of customer service. This experience includes structuring software systems to predict consumer buying behavior and patterns. Shawn was instrumental in the launch of eRevelation, the industry’s first ASP-managed POS solution. Shawn was instrumental in building relationships with premier hospitality companies worldwide, some of which included MGM Mirage, Vail Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, Station Casinos, PGA-TPC, Mandalay Bay Resort Group, and Four Seasons Hotels.

Prior to InfoGenesis Shawn was the Major Accounts Manager for Kronos where he gained his appreciation of software and services that enable organizations to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve employee satisfaction. Prior to Kronos, he was the National Sales Manager for MegaWest Systems, a leader in the medical billing and clinical software business.

Shawn currently sits on the board of the Technology Business Alliance of Nevada (TBAN), a not-for-profit organization that is proactively fostering high-tech growth in Nevada. TBAN is dedicated to assisting high-tech start-ups in finding the talent, customers and financing needed to be successful. Shawn is very active in his community, including volunteering his time at various positions at his church and with the Boy Scouts of America. Shawn is continuing his education by working on achieving a Master of Business Administration/E-Business.

Richard D. Dixon

Executive Vice President/COO

Mr. Dixon is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Dixon is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the corporation, capital funds requirements, strategic business planning and strategic alliances & relationships. Mr. Dixon is a technology veteran with 35+ years of experience in smart phone mobility applications, computer systems, telecommunications, networking and software industries. Dixon has executive management experience in General Management, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Management in Asia and Europe, Marketing and Sales in a wide-range of companies from start-ups IPO’s to fortune 200 companies such as IBM, Novell, ITEL & IKON.

Prior to SkyWire Media, Dixon was Vice President of Sales and Strategic Relations for the Me Inc. division of The SCO Group, responsible for worldwide sales and establishing strategic relationships and alliances in the mobile phone/cellular industry, including wireless carries and original equipment manufacturers such as Sprint, Cingular Wireless, ATT, T-Mobile, Verizon, Motorola and Nokia. In addition, Dixon has held positions at IKON as Director of Strategic Relations and Operations Management in a technology roll-up of the acquisition of 31 computer system integration companies across North America; He established operations for Novell in nine Asian Countries, residing in Asia for five years as General Manager and Vice President of Asian Operations; Reorganized and repositioned an “engineering-oriented” OCR technology company, increasing sales by 450% and established the IPO for DEST Corporation, as Executive Vice President; As a "turnaround" Executive, he managed and lead a non-performing business unit in a Fortune 200 company of over 1,000 employees to a return to profitability with $156 million in revenue and $53 million in profit for a 33.9% E.B.I.T. in one year as General Manager & Executive Vice President of ITEL. Dixon is an IBM veteran of 11 years with a distinguished record of performance in management and sales, exceeding sales quota by 150% - 10 consecutive years, he was voted sales manager of the year and lead the nation of over 2,000 offices in sales productivity.

Dixon was selected to present to the United States House of Representatives, Sub-Committee on the deregulation of the Power Industry. He has presented to the United States Federal Trade Commission on the Federal Investigation of Software Monopoly as one of five key expert witnesses. Dixon has led his own philanthropic endeavors, raised funds and built the first children’s burn facility at a major hospital foundation and established an electronics manufacturing facility at the California Youth Authority for job development of youth prisoners. Dixon holds degrees in Mathematics and Business from San Jose State University and advance course study from Wharton School of Business and California Institute of Technology.

Darren Hildreth

Director of Product Management

Darren Hildreth, a graduate of Brigham Young University, is responsible for product management including product design, marketing, branding, and development. He has managed and directed efforts in product marketing, design, development, and deployment efforts for more than 10 years including teams of engineers and product development staff. He has developed award winning web sites which have generated many millions of dollars in revenue. He has developed and managed projects including online CRM tools, technical support web sites, product sales sites, online communities, blogs, corporate web sites, and many other Internet based solutions. He is skilled as a system engineer, project manager, system analyst, and product and brand marketer. He has managed, designed, and implemented web-based projects for reputable companies including SkyWire Media, Intuit, McAfee, and others.

Darren has a business degree from Brigham Young University (BYU) which was achieved with an emphasis on Information Systems which included database design, software development, systems implementation and product management. He has also studied Internet marketing and has a minor in Spanish communication. He spent 2 years in Mexico as an organizational representative and managed and trained up to 180 other representatives.

Darren specializes in Internet product and brand marketing and development by creatively managing product lifecycles. Projects he has been involved in have been significant successes. He has been responsible for the development and branding of real estate CRM tools and ecommerce products. He developed technical support solutions which were responsible for a substantial decrease in inbound technical support calls and call times by employing technologies like online knowledge bases, chat, and search tools, which in turn saved clients millions of dollars. He has developed web sites which are rich in Internet marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and MVT technologies to promote services and products naturally into top 10 positions in all major search engines for desired key words. He seeks out challenges where key solutions can make a large organizational impact and positively affect the bottom line.

Brent D. Ritchie

Director of Sales

Brent Ritchie graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Management, with an emphasis in recreation management and marketing. As the Director of Sales and key Project Manager, Mr. Ritchie is responsible for sales and specific projects and accounts within the SkyWire Media portfolio of products. With over 18 years experience in management, marketing and sales, he brings a strong background to the management team. Most recently, he was VP of Sales and Marketing with The Ritchie Group. Prior to that, he held the positions of National Sales Manager with MedTek Medical and General Manager and Corporate Sales Manager with the Sports Mall Group.

In these positions, he developed and managed inside and outside sales teams, numerous marketing campaigns and key projects within the organizations. He has presented to large groups as an industry speaker and negotiated major contracts. His specific training in real estate, investments, recreation, events and medical sales gives him a broad understanding of sales and marketing and provide him with a unique perspective as the business unit manager for SkyWire products such as Virtual Agent and Golf Hub.
