SkyWire® Media Direct Messaging

There has never been such an exciting opportunity for venders to easily and effectively contact and communicate with their target audience. Nearly anyone with buying potential or decision making responsibilities carries a mobile device, such as a cell phone or PDA, everywhere they go. And, they respond to it when it rings or vibrates. Mobile users are accustomed to receiving and responding to voice calls, SMS text messages, and emails. They want their favorite services to be mobile and they want special promotions for their preferred product choices.

SkyWire Media® can reach those end mobile users. Once a target has opted into a campaign our clients are able to blast communications in mass to specific mobile numbers and email addresses. In fact, in certain communications we can guarantee receipt. That's powerful marketing.

SMS Text Messaging

Text messaging is very common. Youth and adults alike are communicating via text messages. In some cases individuals are texting thousands of messages per month. We can help you reach those individuals or groups quickly and effectively.

There are two types of text messaging concepts: push and pull. In push messaging you can send messages out texts to groups of mobile phone users who have previously opted into a campaign in small or large blasts. Users on the receiving end can then respond or opt out of a campaign.

In pull messaging users are referred to a campaign by some other media (i.e. web, print, etc.). They text a keyword to a shortcode number and receive a prescripted text message response. Try it: text SKYWIRE to 21691.

Both forms of direct messaging are powerful and allow you to reach your audience now and anywhere.

IVR Voice Messaging

SkyWire Media® uses text-to-speech (TTS) technology to convert written text into speech messages. Using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system along with our text engine and TTS technology we are able to send the same message you might send in a text message as a voice message instead. In the case where customers are not able to receive or have not opted to receive text messages they may still be alerted.

Recipients may also be given options to follow along the IVR tree. They may be guided to act on an offer or make contact with your company representatives.

Email Messaging

Email messages may be sent to mobile users who may not be able to receive text messages or who may have opted to not receive them. Our messaging technology generates an email with the same message established for the text. Within seconds a mass of emails may be sent to a highly targeted set of users who have opted in to receive the messages.

Mixed Media Direct Messaging

These three powerful messaging technologies, along with mobile web options and other mobile technologies, allow you to Simply Connected™ with your clients any time, anywhere. These technologies provide flexibility in marketing strategies as mobile users are able to interact with messages received and pursue options that interest them.

The bottom line, our clients are able to reach more targeted clients with affordable media which saves on marketing costs and increases conversion profits enhancing the net outcome.
